This video is old but still brings me ultimate joy every time I look at it and I wanted to share it with my CDs.
The twins were on Ellen’s tv show too. She heard about them and invited them on the show.
Basically, someone said, “come here twins and sing that song ya’ll learned at church with grandma”.  They were playing and had just got a popsicle so I’m sure they were agitated about taking away from their tasty treats. LOL I’m bet they were like, “awww man, we just got our popsicle”.
Anywho, nobody but GOD can give gifts like what they have. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

This little boy is absolutely adorable and you can’t help but be tickled to death to hear him calling his own mother by her first name.
In black folks houses, you’d get knocked to the floor for using anything other than ma, momma, mom, etc.

Good morning Cocoa Drops! I’m headed to the nail salon for a much needed pedicure and I’m wearing a full track suit and Sperrys. 🙂 Definitely not fashion forward, but what else are you supposed to wear to the nail salon in the winter? They can easily pull my pants leg up and there are no socks to keep track of. Lol. What do you wear?

I do believe I will be going back to New Nails in Decatur. My nail tech, Thuy aka T was very sweet and pampered my toes well. She even gave me a customer appreciation card, a hug, and then said she loved me. Yeah, while she was hugging me. :-)They opened at 9am, I arrived at 10am, and was in my car heading home at 10:45am with completely dry nails. Check out the little piggies below. Next time I’ll have my Habit Cosmetics Belle Epoque to try out. Oh yeah, the hubby hated my track suit. He was like, “What are you wearing today?” How rude! #heisahater
When I tell you that I loooove Chipotle, I love Chipotle! It’s something about the way the cilantro rice, lettuce, black beans, chargrilled chicken, corn salsa, pico de gallo, sour cream, and shredded cheese just meld together. It’s like heaven on my tongue. Oh my goodness! I’m cheesin’ so hard right now. I mean just look at this picture and how happy Chipotle makes me. B-)
I had my 1st Chipotle chicken burrito bowl in 2012. While at work one of my co-workers suggested that we order from this tex-mex place not far from the job. It was cheap and sounded pretty good. Initially I ordered the bowl without black beans and thought it was pretty good. It just lacked salt. So when we ordered it again, I requested salt and they tried to be smart and gave me a container of about 1/3 cup of coarse salt. I kept and used that salt for about 2 years. Lol.
Chipotle was my boo thang. Some of my co-workers left and new restaurants moved in and Chipotle and I lost contact. Qdoba moved in 5 mins from my job and the Craft 2 made me forget about my boo for awhile. When I became disgusted with Qdoba somebody suggested Chipotle again.
After the 1st bite, I looked at my bowl and then Usher started singing in the background; “There goes my baby…” From that moment on we rekindled our romance and I learned if I add black beans I won’t need as salt much. Winning!!
Well, I was laid off from that job about 6 months later and became estranged from my love again. I was devastated. I began visiting Chipotle at least once a month because of appointments in that area, but then those ended. See, Chipotle couldn’t visit me because there isn’t one near my home. Sad, I know. I would talk to Phee on her lunch break and she would tell me she’s going to Chipotle and I would promptly tell her to kiss my ass and that was F’d up because she knows I can’t see my boo. She’d console me and order her damn food in my ear. Insubordinate and Churlish! (In my Key & Peele voice)
Okay, I’m back I was getting emotional. Earlier this month, I had the greatest gift ever delivered to my e-mail.
I went bonkers! I was on the phone with my friend who thought I was going crazy. Lol. Why didn’t I think of this before? I missed my boo so bad and now I have a chance to reconnect in my own kitchen. I signed up to receive recipes from iheartrecipes.com and Ms. Rosie made my day with this one. Here’s Rosie’s video recipe:
I told all my friends I’m making it that week. It was all I could talk about. I went and gathered the ingredients from my spot, Your Dekalb Farmer’s Market, came home and went to work. Hell, I was so excited I even made my 1st guacamole. I don’t even like guacamole. Well, I didn’t like it until now. The recipe was great! I tweaked it and put my spin on it, but it is a fantastic start.
Since I can’t be with my boo, this is the replacement. And I have to say, it was damn good!
After I’d eaten all of the rice, I made nachos. Soooo, good!
Chipotle will always have my heart, but now I can enjoy my boo at anytime! I love you Chipotle! 😀
