Today’s Hot Honeyed Cocoa’s Fabulous Feature is interracial paranormal romance author, Kasey Moone. Kasey Moone is a bright, up and coming star in the romance world and has a wonderful series with some badass werewolves that loves some sistas.
Kasey Moone, please tell us a little bit about yourself: I am a multicultural, erotic romance writer. I’ve been writing romance for five years now, and most recently have been focusing on paranormal romances which is really hot now. I am friendly and down to earth and love writing romance fiction!
How did you choose your genre? I’ve always been a fan of interracial and paranormal romances and so it was a natural progression to start working in the genre. I used to write literary fiction, but it was no fun. I like adventurous, dark stories with supernatural elements. Those topics have always intrigued me so it’s fun exploring this in my own work.
What authors inspire you? Christine Feehan, Eve Vaughn, Sarah McCarthy, Lisa Kleypas, Lora Leigh, and many more. I’ve read historical, contemporary, paranormal, and many other types of genres. I am inspired by many and it’s always hard to pick a favorite. I am always inspired when I run across a very interesting plot, where the hero and heroine are very likable, memorable characters.
