Some internet people think Kylie is wearing “black face” but I don’t think so. I see a BEAUTIFUL and ARTISTIC picture of Kylie.

Kylie responds to the backlash by saying there were lights that made her appear like she had a black face.
To me it looks like silver face. Maybe one the silver surfer should be mad but not me. LOL!
