Volunteer
Get your butts off the sofa and do some volunteer work together. It’s a great way to bond while doing something worthwhile. Carry that euphoric feel-good vibe home and get charitable between the sheets.
Go camping overnight.
There’s no TV to interrupt your conversation, and the night is long, so you can retire early to your sleeping bags (zipped together, of course).

Well, at least for holidays Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey can really get along for their kids and I’m sure they miss each other in some ways (wink wink).
Nick put down any ill feelings he may have to send Mariah a sweet little message thanking her for their children.
“Gotta represent for the Mother of my children,” he wrote. “She is such a wonderful, thoughtful, festive, loving and nurturing Soul. I will forever be in debt to you for blessing me and the rest of the world with Roc & Roe.”
Sometimes I wish they could work it out but I honestly never thought any man would last that long with Mariah after she realized how big of a star she was. She is a very high maintenance chica.
I still love that closet she showed on the MTV Cribs episode. No one will ever have a closet like that. Check it out in the clip below.

Get sweaty together.
It’ll feel less like a chore and more like a we’re in this together moment when you help each other to get your hearts pumping and cheer each other along. Or try couples yoga: Twisting your body into pretzel poses will bring you closer together in every way.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mommies out there. Some days we wonder how in the world we will get through it all and then you look at your kid(s) and the joy you feel makes everything worth while.
True motherhood is a hard job! Not the “momma be back cause I’m in the club” motherhood but the… up early making lunches, being there for field trips, speaking at career day, rushing from work when they sick, staying up all night cause they sick, going to banquets/band practice/concerts/spelling bees, kissing boo boos, listening to their first jokes, handling them lil attitudes, “no you can’t wear that”, go to bed at a decent hour, “eat your vegetables”, “stop hitting your brother/sister”, teaching them how to drive, helping them prepare for life, type motherhood. And if you ask me, we should be able to put motherhood on our resumes! Hello!

10 Totally Awesome Things to Do for Her on Mother’s Day
Posted by: Kristen Manieri April 30, 2015
Mother’s Day (Sunday, May 10) is right around the corner. You’ve got a fabulous plan cooked up to let your baby mama know how much you love and appreciate her, right? Oh no! Thank goodness we’re here to help! Here are 10 knock-her-socks-off ideas guaranteed to make her feel like the superhero she is:
1. Recreate Your First Dates
Book a sitter then head out to all your old haunts. Take her, blindfolded of course, to the special places where you fell in love on this progressive date night. Not from Orlando? Create a ‘first date’ night based on where you would have taken her if you’d been here at the time. Might we suggest World of Beers at Lake Eola followed by a swan paddleboat ride around the iconic fountain then boozy ice pops at The Pop Parlour?
2. Take Her to Brunch
There are a ton of spectacular brunch events happening around Orlando on Sunday, May 10. Head to one of the following or perhaps just hit up one of your favorite neighborhood restaurants. The Parkview, Boca Kitchen and Briarpatch Restaurant on Park Avenue are all great.
3. Share Your Favorite Mommy Moments
If you’re taking her out for a date night the evening before Mother’s Day, go with a pre-made list of your favorite mommy moments or qualities. Yes, you’ll have to do some hard thinking to come up with a substantial inventory, but this gesture will be a gift she’ll likely remember forever! Need an inexpensive dinner idea? Read all about the $40 date night at The Wine Barn.
4. Learn the Art of Massage
It’s the gift that keeps on giving. The Couples Massage Class at Bodyscape Massage Therapy in Baldwin Park will give you the opportunity to learn massage techniques from a skilled massage therapist. This unique, private class offers individual instruction and can be tailored to your interests, whether you want to learn how to give a great relaxation massage or if you would rather learn more therapeutic techniques.
5. Propose to Her Again
Go as flashy as a sunrise hot air balloon flight or as simple as a midnight champagne toast after the kids go to bed. Either way, it will be so sweet to let her know you’d do it all over again with her by your side.
